About

Meet Jean Tillery

There comes a point in life when you realize you can't keep waiting for "someday."

For Jean, that point led to a 5½-week, 22-state road trip — and an entirely new way of living. What began as a dream became the catalyst for healing, clarity, courage, and the work she does today.

Talk to Jennie My Dream Concierge — she'll meet you where you are.

"A dream not written down is just a wish."

How It Started

A road trip that changed everything.

What began as a long-postponed dream — a cross-country road trip — became something Jean never expected. Over 5½ weeks and 22 states, the journey opened doors to healing, clarity, courage, and a new understanding of what it means to truly live.

Today, Jean is a Certified Dream Manager®, speaker, author, podcast host, and founder of Epic Living with Jean — a platform dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reconnect with possibility, purpose, and the dreams they may have forgotten along the way.

Her Work Today

Helping people reconnect with possibility.

Through keynote speaking, Dream Storm workshops, coaching programs, and transformational conversations, Jean helps people move beyond survival mode and begin living with greater intention, engagement, and joy.

Her work blends personal storytelling with practical tools — meeting people where they are, then gently inviting them to imagine what could be different.

For Organizations

Building cultures where people feel seen as whole people.

Jean also works with companies and organizations that recognize something important: people are capable of more when they feel connected to purpose, possibility, and growth.

Using the framework of Matthew Kelly's Dream Manager program, Jean helps leaders create cultures where employees feel seen as whole people — not just workers — resulting in greater engagement, ownership, creativity, and connection.

Her Approach

Three questions Jean keeps asking.

Her work invites people to slow down and consider what they might have stopped letting themselves want.

01 What do I really want?
02 What have I stopped believing is possible?
03 What happens when people are finally given permission to dream again?

Jean's approach is warm, honest, and deeply human. She believes dreaming isn't selfish or unrealistic — it's essential. And in a world where burnout, disconnection, and distraction have become the norm, reclaiming possibility may be one of the most important things we can do.

The Podcast

#epicStories

Jean is also the host of the #epicStories podcast, where she shares honest conversations and powerful stories about resilience, transformation, purpose, leadership, and the moments that shape who we become.

Through interviews, reflections, and real-life experiences, the podcast creates space for listeners to feel encouraged, challenged, and reminded that their stories matter too.

Whether speaking to a room full of entrepreneurs, leading a Dream Storm session, coaching individuals through life transitions, or sharing stories on her podcast, Jean creates spaces where people feel seen, challenged, encouraged, and inspired to move forward again.

The Books

Stories from the road and the heart.

Jean is also the author of two books, where she shares stories and reflections on dreaming, resilience, healing, and living with intention.

Looking Ahead

One million dreams written down.

Jean's long-term vision is simple but powerful: to help inspire one million dreams to be written down, shared, and pursued.

Because writing down a dream can be the first step toward changing a life.
